When the world shut down due to COVID-19, I decided to create a business. I was only in 6th grade at the time so I went on to you tube and taught myself how to design and create “show-bows.” At first, it was just something to do to pass the time but as I got better, I thought I should sell them! So, I created an Etsy account and an instagram page and started selling bows online. When the horse shows were able to start again, I set up a stand at our local horse show circuit and sold bows. I donated the profits to different organizations throughout the years such as, the Carbondale Homeless Assistance Program and the Colorado Horse Rescue Organization.
